We accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., intimate wear or custom-made items) are non-returnable.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After this timeframe, returns or refunds cannot be processed.

To begin a return, please email our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without this number may not be processed successfully.

After receiving your return, we’ll assess its condition and inform you whether your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for shipping or restocking fees.

If your refund seems delayed, contact your bank or card provider for updates. Our team is happy to assist if further help is needed.

Sale items are eligible for return at the sale price you paid.

Interested in an exchange? Please contact us to check item availability and to initiate the process. Shipping charges and price differences may apply.

To return an item, securely package it with all original parts and labels, clearly write the RA number on the outside, and ship it using a trackable method.

A restocking fee may apply in some cases—our support team will inform you if this is relevant to your return.

Unless the return is due to our shipping error or a damaged product, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
